I knew this day was coming… I’ve hit a plateau at the gym. My pre-chemo jeans still don’t fit, and maybe its winter dragging on. I need a change, so Friday I started my first spin class!!! I like it, I really do; However, my lungs on the other hand… not so much.

Instead of getting upset about my jeans, I decided to do something about it today, I shopped. No, not for bigger jeans. I bought a few new items to wear to class, bright colors to keep me motivated to reach my goal. My gym bag now looks like my painting palette.

Last year was definitely about sports… mostly football games.

Josh taught me how to play catch

I went to Spartan Stadium with Josh to watch Michigan State destroy Wisconsin.

Twice I watched high school games, where my cousin Eric kicked an awesome field goal.

My parents threw a small immediate family party for the MSU vs UofM game…. MSU won!!!!

fAnd lastly, Josh took me to Detroit in December, to see the Lions play the Bears. We had a Guinness with Craig before the game, and then once again watched BEAT the Lions this season!!! S(orry Josh I just wanted to make sure I had that correct).

What if i told you I’m watching the Super Bowl for the commercials? Pretty sure you aren’t surprised by that, but i have a REALLY good excuse to this year… Ready??? ok here is goes…….
